Lou Giramma

Lou Giramma is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the educational and social service sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Massachusetts State Director at Aspire Living & Learning since December 2011, Lou previously held the position of Director of Admissions and Marketing at Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. from March 2011 to December 2011. Lou has also worked as the Director of Placement Services at LUK, Inc., and as the Administrative Director of Early Education Services at ServiceNet. Early career roles include Director of Program Services and Director of Residential Services at Northeast Center for Youth and Families. Lou holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and a Master’s Degree in Education from Antioch University New England, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Sociology from Marlboro College.
