Diane Caruso

Diane Caruso has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diane started their career at Certified Coaching Federation in 2009 as a Certified Coach Practitioner. Following that, they joined Wilson Learning Worldwide in 1995 and served as the Sr. Director, Project Manager, where they developed and executed product marketing activities and led the Pricing Committee for various brand products and services. In 2010, they joined Central Florida Chapter, ASTD, as a Volunteer Co Vice-President of Programs, where they planned monthly speakers and designed topics based on the ASTD Competency Model. Diane then moved to Sparta Consulting Inc in 2010 as a Senior Consultant. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at AspireHR as a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant. Diane rejoined AspireHR in 2017 as a Principal Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Practice Lead - Talent Management and Recruiting in August 2021.

Diane Caruso holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Student Development from Central Connecticut State University. Diane also attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business.
