Melissa Hillesheim, Chairman, CEO and General Counsel, provides counsel, guidance and direction to the Aspire leadership team on the company’s core objectives, including operations, sales, financial planning, corporate initiatives and strategic alliances.

With 18+ years of extensive corporate legal and business experience, Melissa has advised and guided business executives on key legal and business matters in the areas of human resources, corporate compliance, intellectual property, software development, marketing strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting, technology and software services. She has a proven track record of forging successful working relationships with boards of directors, corporate officers and executive leadership teams.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Austin and received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law.
