Richard Thomas

Richard Thomas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Operating Partner at Linden Capital Partners, a major healthcare private equity firm, since 2018. In addition to this role, Richard holds several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors for Aspirion, Aptitude Health, and Trialbee, as well as Director roles at RQM+ and Evolution Research Group. Richard also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at VitalTrax and as President & CEO of R Ventures Inc., which specializes in high-growth technology opportunities in healthcare. Earlier board responsibilities included serving as Director at Specialty Networks. Richard holds a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of South Wales and completed the Quintiles Executive Development Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2016.
