Andrea Straub

Andrea Straub possesses extensive experience in healthcare administration and management, currently serving as the Interim Manager for Patient Scheduling and previously as a Workforce Management Analyst at Aspirus Health since December 2016. Responsibilities include managing the Calabrio program to analyze call patterns, staff performance, and developing staffing forecasts. As Team Lead of Specialty Scheduling, Andrea provides guidance and training for staff while acting as a liaison for scheduling issues. Prior to Aspirus Health, Andrea served as the Accounts Payable and Shipping/Receiving Student Manager at the University Store and Text Rental, overseeing daily operations and financial reconciliation. Andrea's early career includes a position as a receptionist at Buska & Buska Insurance, where clerical duties were performed while assisting with policy changes. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, with studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
