Wade Carroll has a strong background in Information Technology and healthcare administration, with experience in various leadership roles. Wade currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Aspirus since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Stanford Health Care as the Administrative Director of Clinical Applications from March 2014 to May 2018, where they oversaw a team of 144 and managed IT integration of newly acquired clinics. Before that, Wade was the Director of Electronic Health Record at St. Louis University Hospital from December 2010 to March 2014. Wade also worked at Providence Health & Services Alaska, starting as a Lead Senior Systems Analyst in 1993 and eventually becoming the Project Director Epic from May 2004 to December 2010. Additionally, Wade has experience as the Manager of Information Systems at Central Peninsula General Hospital from September 1993 to June 1997. Wade began their career as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, serving from December 1984 to July 1993.
Wade Carroll holds an MBA degree in Business with a focus in Health Care, which they obtained from American InterContinental University in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Wayland Baptist University, where they earned a BSOE BA degree in Business Administration from 2000 to 2008. Wade also obtained their High School Diploma in Liberal Arts from East High School in 1986. In addition to their academic achievements, they hold certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI, obtained in December 2006, and a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) certification from CHIME.
