Kanishk Singh

Kanishk Singh has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Kanishk started their professional career as a Trainee Engineer at Upase Automation and Controls in 2012 and worked there until 2013. Following this, they joined Great Value Foods as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for cable laying, maintenance, and reading electrical drawings.

In 2016, Kanishk joined W3SAS as a Test Engineer, specializing in automated tools like Selenium and creating scripts using Java and TestNG Annotations. Kanishk worked in this role until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Kanishk worked at The Codingo as an Analyst, where they conducted application vulnerability assessments and reported findings to application owners. Kanishk also played a crucial role in securing applications from potential attacks.

Most recently, Kanishk joined ASPL Info Services in 2022 as an Associate Engineer- VAPT. In this role, they conduct vulnerability assessments of network and security devices using various tools and performs penetration tests and launches exploits using Nessus, Metasploit, and Backtrack tools.

Kanishk Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, from the year 2008 to 2012. Kanishk also obtained a Higher Secondary degree from the Central Board of Secondary Education in the year 2004 to 2005. In addition, Kanishk completed their Senior Secondary education from the Central Board of Secondary Education.

Apart from their formal education, Kanishk has obtained several certifications. Kanishk received certifications such as "AWS Security Fundamentals (Second Edition)" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2021, "NDG Linux Essentials" from Network Development Group in August 2021, "NDG Linux Unhatched" from Network Development Group in July 2021, "Cybersecurity Essentials" from Cisco Networking Academy in June 2021, "CCNAv7 : Bridging" from Cisco Networking Academy in March 2021, and "Introduction to Cybersecurity" from Cisco Networking Academy in January 2021. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in "Solar Panel Installation" from the National Skill Development Corporation in May 2016, "Electrical Design Engineering" from SmartBrains Engineers & Technology Pvt Ltd in March 2016, and "C Programming," "C++ Programming," and "Linux Basics" from Aptech in August 2011. Most recently, Kanishk obtained the "Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)" certification from EC-Council in October 2022.
