Rajat Goel

Rajat Goel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Rajat started their career as a Technical Support Executive at Team Computers in 2008. Rajat then worked as a Project Site Manager at BILT in 2009, where they managed Microsoft Communication Infrastructures Servers and handled migration of users to MS Exchange.

From 2009 to 2010, Rajat worked as a Senior System Administrator at Avantha Technologies, where they managed various IT operations including application-related issues, server management, and network monitoring.

In 2011, Rajat joined Akal Information Systems Ltd. as a Senior System Administrator, where they were responsible for installing and updating operating system and application software, troubleshooting hardware and networking issues, and managing domain controllers and outlook configurations.

From 2012 to 2014, Rajat worked at ValuePoint Systems Pvt Ltd as a Senior System Administrator L3, handling a government project for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Rajat then worked at Stratifix Consulting Services Pvt Ltd as a Product Implementation Engineer IT from 2014 to 2016, gaining experience in product implementation for asset management, availability management, service management, and knowledge management.

From 2016 to 2017, Rajat worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Symphony SummitAI, where they implemented ITAM and ITSM modules for approximately 35 clients.

In 2018, Rajat joined Anemoi Technologies as a Senior Associate ITSM, where they worked on ITSM and ITAM product lines and handled IT operations, including incident management, problem management, change management, service management, CMDB, release management, and project management.

From 2019 to 2021, Rajat worked again at Symphony SummitAI as a Senior Software Engineer, handling L2 and L3 level technical issues, support tickets, and solution architecture for ITAM and ITSM modules.

Currently, Rajat is working as a Technical Operations Lead at ASPL Info Services since 2022.

Rajat Goel completed an MBA in IT at the National Institute of Management from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking at Jetking Infotrain Ltd.

In addition to their formal education, Rajat Goel obtained several certifications. Recently, in July 2022, they received an Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts certification from LinkedIn. In June 2022, they completed the Managing Professional Transition certification from PeopleCert. Going further back, in January 2021, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf. In May 2020, they achieved the ITILv4 Foundation certification from Symphony SummitAI. Other certifications they hold include Prince2 Foundation (March 2020), ITIL Intermediate Continual Service Improvement, Service Design, Service Strategy, Service Transition, and IT Service Operation (all obtained in 2018). In 2014, they received the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certificate from Microsoft. In 2013, they earned the Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager certification and the MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager certification from Microsoft. In 2011, they obtained the ITIL V3 Certificated certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner, the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certification, the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification, and the MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, in 2007, they achieved the CCNA certification from CCNA, and in 2006, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. Finally, in January 2021, they obtained the Cyber Security Foundation Professional Certificate - CSFPC™ from CertiProf.
