Howard Chen

Howard Chen, EIT, currently serves as a PLS-CADD Engineer at Asplundh Construction, a position held since April 2018. Prior to this role, Howard Chen gained experience as a Student Assistant at Caltrans from July 2016 to June 2017. Howard Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego, completing the program in 2017.
