Derrick K.

Derrick K. has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Marketing Specialist for Asponte Technology. From 2013 to present, they have been employed at TMM, Inc., where they have held the roles of Team Lead Origin Services, Senior Origin Services Coordinator, and Origin Services Coordinator. In this role, they have processed premove surveys detailing military members' household goods and worked with two teammates to develop a manual system to manage inbound email traffic. From 2004 to 2013, they were a House Manager at home. In 2013, they also worked as a Temporary Employee - Customer Support for SNI Companies. From 2009 to 2010, they were a News Intern for WJXT, where they shadowed the news production team, filmed b-roll, interviewed guests, and stacked programming for news hours.

Derrick K. began their educational journey at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where they earned an Associate's degree in Psychology in 2007. Derrick then continued their studies at the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies in 2009.
