Maria Florencia Alemanno

Maria Florencia Alemanno has a diverse range of work experience. Maria Florencia started their career at ThyssenKrupp as a Treasurer from April 1997 to March 1999. Maria Florencia then joined CNH Industrial as a Sales Administrator from 1999 to 2002. In 2006, they became the Chief Legal Officer at Aspro, where they worked until April 2023. During their time at Aspro, they also held the position of Chief Legal, Compliance & ESG Officer starting from March 2023. In 2009, Alemanno became a Partner at Alemanno & Mazzaferri Abogados, where they are currently employed. Maria Florencia also served as the Secretary of the Board at Asociacion de Graduados de la Universidad de San Andres (AGUdeSA) from August 2009 to December 2012.

Maria Florencia Alemanno pursued their education in a systematic manner, focusing on the field of law. In 1995, they enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires and completed their degree in Law in 2001. Maria Florencia then sought further specialization, attending the Universidad de 'San Andrés' from 2007 to 2008 to obtain an LLM in Company Law. Continuing their academic journey, Maria Florencia Alemanno is presently a PhD candidate at the University of Buenos Aires, working towards a Doctor of Philosophy degree with a specialization in Commercial Law.
