Al Casper

Al Casper has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Al began their career in the US Army in 1984, serving as a Warrant Officer in various roles until 2005. After leaving the military, they worked as a Training, Logistics, and Systems Integration Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton for a brief period in 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they joined CACI International as a Systems Engineering and Modernization specialist, working on Aerial ISR systems. Al then moved on to ASRC Communications in 2009, where they served as the Director of Business Development. In 2013, they joined ASRC Federal as the Vice President of Business Development, responsible for strategic evaluation of potential business opportunities. Al continued their career progression within ASRC Federal, eventually becoming the Vice President of Capture Operations at NCI Information Systems, Inc in 2017. Al Casper is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at ASRC Federal, responsible for leading business growth initiatives.

Al Casper completed their Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating between 2005 and 2007.
