Dan Gould has diverse work experience in the engineering field. Dan is currently working at ASRC Federal as a Senior Principal Aerospace Engineer, where they lead the programming of the control system for the 2A rocket test stand at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Prior to this, they worked at BLUE ORIGIN as a Propulsion Test Engineer, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems as a Staff Propulsion Engineer, and Kansas State University as a Research Assistant. Dan also held research assistant positions at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and NASA. Additionally, they gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton. Overall, their expertise spans various areas, including control systems, test engineering, integration of propulsion systems, and research in aerospace and energy systems.

Dan Gould earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2012. Dan went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2013. Dan then continued their education at Kansas State University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nuclear Engineering in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a M250 Line Maintenance Technician from Rolls-Royce in 2019.
