Julie van Leunen

Julie Van Leunen, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent & Workforce Strategy at ASRC Federal, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Julie accumulated over a decade of experience at Serco, where responsibilities included Chief Human Resources Officer, Director of Talent, and various HR management positions from May 2011 to April 2024. Additional professional experience includes a Global Mobility Consultant role at Baker McKenzie and leading U.S. Immigration efforts at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Julie began her career as a Human Resources Administrator at Wheat's Lawn & Custom Landscape, Inc. Julie holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from James Madison University, a management certificate from the University of Oxford, a leadership certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership, and a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.
