Sander Radix

Sander Radix is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a senior research & intelligence specialist at a.s.r. real estate since November 2011, and previously held the position of data science lead in real estate. Prior experience includes roles as team manager of research A.I. at Royal HaskoningDHV, where Sander advised on economic feasibility studies and urban development projects, and as a junior commercial real estate developer at BAM Utiliteitsbouw. Sander's career began with an internship at MAB Development focused on luxury residential development research, followed by a bachelorthesis internship with the municipality of Emmen. Sander holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Studies from the University of Groningen, along with a BBA in Management, Economics, and Law from Hanze, and a senior secondary education diploma from Dr. Nassau College.
