Jason Deer

Jason Deer has worked at Assembly Biosciences, Inc. since 2015. Jason started as a Research Associate II, focusing on biochemistry, from March 2015 to April 2017. Jason then advanced to the role of Senior Business Development Associate, holding the position from May 2017 to June 2020. Following this, they served as a Business Development Manager from July 2020 to January 2021. From February 2021 onwards, they were promoted to Associate Director of Business Development. As of January 2022, they took on the role of Director of Corporate Development.

Before joining Assembly Biosciences, Inc., Jason was employed at Indiana University Bloomington. From May 2014 to March 2015, they worked as a Research Associate and Lab Manager.

Jason Deer completed their Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Indiana University Bloomington from 2012 to 2014.
