Julia Penrose

Julia joined the Assembly team in 2021 but began her career in finance at UBS before working at Bloomberg LP. She previously spent 8 years in the CEO & Board practice at Heidrick & Struggles focusing exclusively on the technology sector. Her experience spans partnering with leaders, investors, and board members at high-growth VC and PE-backed portfolio companies to global F500 companies in the recruitment of C-level executives. She co-leads the CEO, President/COO, Board, and senior-level assignments across both enterprise software and consumer internet companies.
