Richard Hinton

Richard Hinton is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Assembly OSM since January 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Director of People Strategies at Shawmut Design and Construction from January 2007 to January 2023, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at Alloy Media + Marketing from June 2004 to January 2007, and an HR Intern at Gillette from May 2002 to January 2004. Richard Hinton holds a Master of Science in Professional Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Culture, both obtained from Clark University.
