Ezequiel Camus has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2003, they founded and served as the General Manager of TierraMar, a retail gourmet company in Chile. Ezequiel'sresponsibilities included creating and implementing the company's legal structure and functional areas such as sales, operations, and accounting. Ezequiel also implemented an ERP system for automation of financial reports and inventory management. In 2007, they joined Celfin Capital as an Analyst of Business Development and Operations for International Funds, where they focused on market research and expansion of sales in Peru and Colombia. Later, they became the Manager of Business Development and Operations for International Funds, responsible for managing institutional clients and increasing sales. In 2011, they joined Moneda Asset Management as the Sub-Manager of Institutional Clients, and later became the Managing Director. Currently, they hold the position of Partner and Head of Institutional Clients Latam ex Brazil.

Ezequiel Camus has a diverse education history. Ezequiel began their academic journey at the Universidad Andres Bello, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce Engineering, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from 1998 to 2003.

In 2002, Camus briefly attended the American University, where they pursued studies in International Business and Trade.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Camus went on to pursue a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. Ezequiel attended this program from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their MBA, Camus also engaged in further educational programs. Ezequiel attended the International Summer University at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2010, where they focused on International Business. Ezequiel also completed an IBEP MBA program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in the same year, further expanding their knowledge in Entrepreneurship.
