Katja Mickley

Katja Mickley has extensive experience in human resources and organizational consulting, currently serving as HR Consultant at Assens Kommune since September 2010. Responsibilities include strategic and operational recruitment, development of job postings, management of the e-recruitment system, and supporting leaders and employees. Katja has also played key roles in onboarding, training programs, and project management within cross-functional teams. Previously, Katja worked as a marketing assistant at Middelfart Sparekasse and as a receptionist at Radisson SAS H.C. Andersens Hotel. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English and media and a Master's degree in International Business Communication from the University of Southern Denmark.
