Cassie Roeske

Cassie Roeske's work experience includes roles in customer success management, scientific liaison, research operations, laboratory management, and office administration. Cassie currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Assent Compliance Inc. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Success Manager & Scientific Liaison at Spartan Bioscience. Cassie also worked as an Account Manager & Scientific Liaison at Spartan Bioscience. Before joining Spartan Bioscience, Cassie worked as a Research Operations Officer at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Cassie held the position of Research Laboratory Manager at Spartan Bioscience, where they were responsible for managing the laboratory. Cassie also served as a Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Technician at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Cassie began their career as a Graduate Student at the University of Ottawa and worked as an Office Administrator at TK Wealth Management.

Cassie Roeske has a strong educational background in the sciences. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the University of Ottawa and obtained a Master of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Medicine, specializing in Health Sciences. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Trent University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science.

In addition to their formal education, Cassie has also obtained two certifications from Growth Molecules, LLC. In September 2021, they received Level 1 Customer Success Foundations certification, followed by Level 2 Customer Success Advanced certification in November 2021. These certifications indicate their commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of customer success.
