Jim Laird has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jim currently works as a Global Account Manager, Strategic Customer Engagement at Assent, where they work with large and innovative companies to improve supply chain sustainability, reduce costs, and increase supply chain transparency. Jim founded and served as the CEO of Otago Corporation, providing fractional executive services to companies for customer-focused initiatives.
