John Katere has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. John began their career at Kencall in 2008, where they worked in various roles including customer service, Orange/Telkom customer service, Celfish Chat Agent, and Kencell Sales rep. John then joined Horizon Contact Centers Ltd in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative.
