Josephine Helen

Josephine Helen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josephine started their career in 2016 as a Brand Ambassador at Strategic Pursuits Ltd. Josephine then gained teaching experience at Faith Christian School, where they practiced teaching Math, CRE, and Social Studies from 2016 to 2017.

In 2019, Josephine became self-employed and worked as a Research Writer until November 2019. During the same year, they also began working at Assent as a Product Support Specialist. Josephine'sresponsibilities included engaging with clients and suppliers, providing support, and managing product issues.

Josephine then joined Eldotec Consultancy Services in November 2019 and worked as a Supplier Operations Coordinator until February 2021. Josephine'srole involved coordinating suppliers and assisting with portal requests. Josephine also briefly served as a Supplier Advocate.

In April 2021, Josephine resumed their role as a Product Support Specialist (L1) at Eldotec Consultancy Services, where they continued to provide support and enhance user experience.

Throughout their work experience, Josephine has demonstrated strong communication skills, customer service, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a team.

Josephine Helen obtained a Bachelor's degree in BSc Community Development from Laikipia University Main Campus. Josephine attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
