Kathrin Wronka

Customer Success Manager at Assent

Kathrin Wronka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2013, they completed an internship in Enterprise Channelmarketing at Vodafone Deutschland. Kathrin then worked as a Customer Relationship Specialist at Nestlé Nespresso for a brief period. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Sales Executive/Account Manager at Inter American Cargo Group S.A., where they were responsible for inside and outside sales, customer acquisition, research, lead generation, pricing, and marketing activities.

In 2016, Wronka joined Locafox GmbH as an Account Manager, where they focused on introducing and selling the company's POS system in Germany. Kathrin later took on the role of Senior Account Manager and led the company's expansion into Spain, from market research to establishing sales processes and building a sales team.

From 2018 to 2020, Wronka worked at ELEMENT Insurance, initially as an Account & Project Manager and then as an Engagement Manager. In their roles, they were responsible for partner success management, including marketing activities, CRM migration, and team structuring.

In 2021, Wronka joined Zeile7 as a Senior Operations Manager, contributing to operational efficiencies within the organization. Kathrin then founded Ambar Share in 2020, a P2P platform connecting lenders and borrowers of high-end fashion.

Most recently, Wronka worked at OneTrust as a Customer Success Squad Lead and later as a Team Lead Customer Success - ESG & Sustainability Cloud. Kathrin is currently employed at Assent as a Customer Success Manager.

Kathrin Wronka pursued their education at various institutions. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Stenden Hogeschool Emmen, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on International Business and Languages. In 2012 and 2013, they had the opportunity to study abroad at IUEAN as part of an Auslandssemester program. Prior to their time at Stenden Hogeschool Emmen, Kathrin completed their Abitur (German high school diploma) at St. Ursula Gymnasium Düsseldorf, between 2000 and 2009.
