Levi Day

Levi Day has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2014, Levi held multiple roles at The Ohio State University, including Building Manager, Digital Communications Intern, Office Assistant, and Personal Trainer. In 2017, Levi worked at Hyland as a Solution Consultant. From 2019 onwards, Levi joined Assent and held various positions, including Product Support Specialist, Product Support Specialist - Tier 3, and most recently as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Levi demonstrated expertise in technical support, workflow analysis, team management, and software testing methodologies throughout these roles.

Levi Day received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport Industry from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Havelock High School from 2008 to 2012. Levi has also obtained additional certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2022 and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in May 2018.
