Account Executive at Assent

Réka Szeremley Öhlin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2012, they served as the President of the St Salvator's Hall Committee at the University of St Andrews. Réka then worked as a Political Research Intern at the Embassy of Hungary in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, Réka was a Political Research Assistant for the Mouvement pour la Libération du Peuple Centrafricain. In 2016, they joined Code First: Girls as a Programs Coordinator, where they later became a Commercial Business Development Manager. Réka played a pivotal role in increasing the number of women in tech and coordinating the CF:G 2020 campaign. Réka joined IBM in 2018, initially as a Business Operations Specialist for Nordic countries and later as an Account Specialist for the UK and Ireland. In 2019, Réka worked at The Adecco Group as the CEO for One Month, collaborating with c-suite teams and shaping strategy. Réka also won the Regional CEO for One Month, EMEA award. Réka then joined AlphaSights as an Associate in Private Equity, where they worked until 2021. Réka then joined Freshworks as a Senior Business Development Representative, focusing on the Nordics region. Currently, Réka holds the position of Account Executive at Assent, starting in 2022.

From 2012 to 2016, they attended the University of St Andrews and earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, specifically a Master of Arts with Honours (MA Hons).

In 2016 to 2017, they pursued further education at Birkbeck, University of London, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Security and Global Governance.

Additionally, they have acquired several certifications. In May 2019, they completed "Machine Learning with Python" and "Machine Learning with R" courses at Cognitive Class. In April 2019, they obtained the "Docker Essentials: A Developer Introduction" certification from IBM, and in February 2019, they obtained the "IBM Blockchain Essentials" certification from the same institution.
