Renato Dubravkic started their work experience in 2005 as a Multimedia Designer at Global Marketing Synergies. Renato then worked as a Designer and Editor at Ultrashock from 2007 to 2008. Renato worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer from 2008 to 2009, focusing on print ads and collateral for small businesses. Renato then worked as a Digital Designer at Juggernaut Group from 2009 to 2010, handling art direction, project management, and visual design. Renato also freelanced as a Designer and Front-end Developer during this time, collaborating with stakeholders in insurance, IT, and research.

From 2010 to 2014, Renato worked at King's University College as an Information Technology Service Desk staff member. Renato also continued their freelance work during this period, expanding their skills in user research and design, visual testing, and WCAG compliance.

In 2014, Renato joined Western IT Group as an Interactive Designer, focusing on user research, product development, and continuous testing. Renato also maintained and improved marketing products.

From 2021 to 2022, Renato worked at J.D. Power as a Senior Product Designer. Renato was responsible for data visualization research and design, prototyping, testing, and visual design with engineering teams. Renato also conducted user experience design and research, particularly in the automotive industry.

Most recently, Renato joined Assent in 2022 as a Senior Product Designer.

Renato Dubravkic's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Fanshawe College and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Renato completed their studies at Fanshawe College in 2006. Renato then went on to pursue further education at King's University College from 2010 to 2014, where they focused on Sociology and Social Psychology. Renato Dubravkic has also obtained additional certifications in July 2020, including "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" and "Persuasive UX: Ethics of Persuasive Design," both from LinkedIn.
