Rajashri Achar

Rajashri Achar has a diverse and extensive background in product design and user experience. Rajashri is currently employed at Ultimate as a Senior Product Designer. Prior to their current role, Rajashri worked as a Lead Designer at Moonraft Innovation Labs, where they were responsible for designing fully-functional products and implementing changes based on user feedback. Rajashri also worked as a User Experience Designer at Moonraft Innovation Labs.

Before their time at Moonraft, Rajashri worked as a Product Designer at Cisco, where they focused on improving customer experience and optimizing applications. Rajashri also gained experience as a Product Designer at CloudCherry, which has since been acquired by Cisco. In this role, Rajashri conducted user tests and aimed to create the best user experience.

Rajashri's earlier experience includes working as a UI/UX Designer at Optym, where they designed mature applications for the logistics and transportation industry. Rajashri was involved in integrating business requirements and interacting with stakeholders. Rajashri began their career as a UI Designer at Lollypop UI/UX Studio, where they transformed wireframes into visually appealing layouts and created visual guidelines for developers.

Rajashri Achar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies (Advertising) from the University of Mumbai from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's Degree in Graphic Design from the MIT Institute of Design.
