Rachael Kish

Rachael Kish, CAM, CAPS, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Asset Living since August 2023, after previously holding the position of Vice President Operations. Before this role, Rachael was with Christopher Todd Communities from February 2022 to August 2023 as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Property Management. Rachael's career also includes experience at Asset Living as Regional Portfolio Director, Shelton Residential Services as Multi Site Manager, and Midas Capital with various roles including Certified Apartment Manager and Sales Trainer & Marketing Manager. Earlier positions include Leasing Agent at Riverstone Residential Group and Pillar Communities, and Lease Up Leasing Agent at Midas Capital Management. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from Anderson University and a real estate license from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
