Michelle Van Hoorelbeke

Michelle Van Hoorelbeke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and IT service management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at AMI since January 2022, Michelle previously held roles including Customer Success Manager. At AAM, Michelle worked as a Technical & Process Standards Analyst from August 2015 to January 2022. Earlier in Michelle's career, significant contributions were made at Sears Holdings Corporation, where roles included Senior Analyst for Continual Service Improvement and Team Leader for Training & Knowledge Management. Michelle began the career at Kmart Corporation, progressing through various positions in IT support and training. Education was pursued at Macomb Community College from 1992 to 1994.
