Stevie Richards

Stevie Richards has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at Asset-Map as a Product Owner, where they conducted research, documented functional requirements, and facilitated design discussions. They also acted as a liaison between Client Success and Development teams and managed a beta test program. Prior to that, at PPG, Stevie held various positions, including Digital Product Manager and CI Business Process Analyst II. In these roles, they defined product strategies, performed product demos, and led agile teams. They also served as a Certified Product Owner and led scrum meetings and other agile activities. Stevie's earlier experience includes roles such as DRP & Inventory Planner and Customer Relations Lead. Before joining PPG, Stevie worked at Fidelity Bank as a Customer Care Representative, where they provided excellent service to customers and accessed electronic systems to address their needs.

Stevie Richards obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from PennWest Clarion, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Stevie has also obtained several certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. These include being a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner since April 2022, a Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner since March 2023, a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager since May 2021, and a Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager since March 2023.
