Phil Mears

Phil Mears is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management across various sectors, including camp management and mining services. Currently serving as the WA Manager of Strategic Growth at Assetlink since August 2019, Phil is dedicated to fostering the company's expansion in Western Australia and throughout Australia. Previous roles include WA State Manager for Assetlink Indigenous Services, General Manager at Sodexo, and National Business Development Manager in the mining sector, as well as positions with Cater Care Services and Spotless Property and Facilities Division. Phil began their career in hospitality as a Chef at Savoy Hotel London. Phil holds a degree in Business Management from Edith Cowan University, completed in 2006.
