Daniel Passadore has extensive experience in workforce management and analytics, specifically in the call center and sales operations. Daniel has worked in various roles, including Director of Capacity Planning and Workforce Analytics at AssetMark, Sr. Manager of Contact Center Strategy at Wayfair, Director of Workforce Management and Reporting at FCR, and Principal Process Manager at Capital One. Daniel Passadore attended Valley Catholic High School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled in Southern Oregon University from 1998 to 2004. At the university, they pursued a degree in Communications and Journalism, with a focus on Journalism, Geology, and Computer Science.
