Lahiru Ratnapala

Lahiru Ratnapala has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. Lahiru began their career in 2002 as a Lecturer at Esoft Computer Studies. In 2004, they joined MillenniumIT as a Software Support Engineer (Telecom Billing Systems) and was later promoted to Team Lead - System Support (Telecom Billing Systems). In 2007, they moved to DirectFN (Mubasher) where they held the roles of Senior Release Engineer, On-site Support Engineer/ Representative, and Application Support Engineer. In 2010, they were promoted to Team Lead - Deployments and Production Support, where they managed the operations of the solution deployment division and assisted in developing and implementation of deployment plans. In 2016, they joined Virtusa as a Manager - Delivery and was later promoted to Senior Manager - Delivery. In 2022, they were appointed as Director - Client Implementation at Assette.

Lahiru Ratnapala is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Lahiru also holds a Professional Graduate Diploma (PGD) from the British Computer Society. Previously, they attended Mahanama College, Colombo 03.
