Rasika Gunasena - MBA, MBCS

Rasika Gunasena - MBA, MBCS has worked in various roles in the UI/UX field since 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Web Designer/Developer at Pooranee Inspiration (Pvt) Ltd. Rasika then moved to Technology Consulting Services (Pvt) Ltd, where they were a Web Master from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Virtusa, where they held the roles of Associate Architect - UI/UX, Senior Engineer, Consultant, Senior Consultant - UI/UX, and Architect - Specialist UI/UX. In their most recent role at Virtusa, they were responsible for requirement management, stakeholder management, and providing innovative technical solutions. In 2022, they joined Assette as a Director - UI/UX Design.

Rasika Gunasena holds an MBA and MBCS from the Open University of Sri Lanka, obtained between 2011 and 2014. Rasika also holds a Professional Graduate Diploma from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, obtained between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Computer System Design from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka), obtained between 2003 and 2004. Her educational background is rounded out by a high school diploma from Isipathana College - Colombo 05. Additionally, they hold a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification from Microsoft.
