Tracy Yun Deng

Tracy Yun Deng currently serves as an Appraiser Diversity Initiative (ADI) Scholar/Practicing Affiliate at the Appraisal Institute, having completed extensive appraisal coursework. As a Managing Partner at NextHome Nexus Realty since February 2022, Tracy operates a real estate brokerage focused on listing and selling services in the Mobile Area of Alabama. In addition, Tracy works as an independent contractor for Clear Capital, providing various appraisal-related reports, and also generates Broker Price Opinion reports for AssetVal • Valuation Solutions. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Hubei University of Education and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University.
