Technical Support Engineer at Assima

Bahar Didem Detert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. BAHAR DIDEM started off as an Engineer Intern at Park Termik A.Ş in 2013 and later worked as an Engineer Intern at Korat Madencilik for a brief period. In 2013, they also worked as a Sales Manager at Gezici Construction, Tourism, and Mining Co.Inc. BAHAR DIDEM continued in the same role at Gezici Construction, Tourism, and Mining during 2015.

BAHAR DIDEM utilized tools like MS Office, Verint Impact 360, QuickRes, and Jira in their role. Their tenure at AssisTT lasted until October 2019.

From October 2019 to December 2020, Detert worked as a Software Support Specialist at ICterra Information and Communication Technologies. BAHAR DIDEM had direct contact with customers via the OTRS ticketing system, resolved license agreement issues, and also engaged with customers via Circuit call when necessary. BAHAR DIDEM adhered to specific SLA time limits to respond and resolve tickets.

Detert then joined Moneytrans in December 2020 as an Information Technology Support Technician. In this role, they provided technical assistance with computer hardware and software to users from different countries. BAHAR DIDEM used Jira and Trello as ticketing systems to update issue status and progress. Additionally, they diagnosed, identified, and repaired faults. Their time at Moneytrans ended in February 2022.

Following that, Detert worked at EURO-LOG AG as a Software Quality Assurance and Technical Support Specialist. BAHAR DIDEM ensured the quality of software components by testing their functionality and provided technical support for the Transport Management System and Abrechnungsportal. Their tenure at EURO-LOG AG lasted from February 2022 to December 2022.

Currently, Bahar Didem Detert is employed at Assima as a Technical Support Engineer, a position they started in February 2023.

Bahar Didem Detert has a diverse education history. In 2010 to 2014, they attended Afyon Kocatepe University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mining Engineering. In 2014 to 2015, they studied English at LSI Vancouver - Language Studies International. BAHAR DIDEM then pursued German Language and Literature at GISMA Business School from 2015 to 2016. In 2018, they further developed their German language skills at DKH Sprachschule. BAHAR DIDEM continued their education at Kastamonu University from 2019 to 2020, earning a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, they attended Üçüncü Binyıl Akademi for Software Specialist Training in Computer Software Technology.

Apart from their formal education, Bahar Didem Detert has also obtained various certifications. In 2015, they acquired certifications in Stress and Time Management, as well as Teamwork and Management Skills from Sürekli Eğitim ve Kalite Derneği. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Designing Database Solutions for Microsoft SQL Server and Programming in C# from Üçüncü Binyıl Akademi. BAHAR DIDEM also holds certifications in various aspects of SQL, such as SQL Date Time Functions, Working with Subqueries in SQL, Mastering SQL Joins, Performing Data Aggregation using SQL Aggregate Functions, SQL Mathematical Functions, and Using SQL String Functions to Clean Data, all acquired through Coursera.
