Brendan Reimer

Brendan Reimer is a seasoned professional in values-based banking and community economic development, currently serving as a Strategic Partner at Assiniboine Credit Union since August 2014. In this role, Brendan collaborates with executive leaders to integrate values-based banking practices into corporate policies and community engagement. Brendan previously held the position of Regional Coordinator for the Prairies & Northern Territories at the Canadian Community Economic Development Network from 2003 to August 2014, where leadership focused on enhancing social, economic, and environmental conditions locally. Brendan's experience also includes serving as Director at Assiniboine Credit Union, Instructor at The University of Winnipeg, and Executive Director of El’dad Ranch, indicating a strong background in nonprofit management, governance, and community relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and International Development Studies from The University of Winnipeg, alongside multiple professional development courses focused on business communications and management.
