Gisella A. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Gisella began their career as a Global Operations Team Leader at IBM from 2006 to 2009. After that, they worked as a Project Consultant at FGV from 2009 to 2010. Gisella joined IBM again in 2011 and held multiple roles. Gisella started as a Financial Sales Representative, responsible for mid-market accounts and channels partners. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Territory Channels Sales Manager, responsible for IBM Global Financing channels relations business in Western Canada. Gisella'slast role at IBM was as a Territory Sales Executive from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for business development and sales, specifically for IBM Global Financing large corporate accounts in MB, SK, AB. In 2016, Gisella joined Canadian Western Bank as a Senior Manager in Commercial Banking and worked there until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Commercial Credit at Assiniboine Credit Union, starting in 2022.

Gisella then pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2004 to 2006, earning a Master's degree in Public Management. In 2014, Gisella attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for a specialized program called IBM Industry Insights Program. During this program, they studied various subjects, including Competitive Strategy, Industry Analysis, Competitive Positioning, and Financial Analysis. Most recently, in 2022, Gisella attended the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, where they obtained WSET 2 certification, specializing in the Level 2 Award in Wines.
