Steffan Wells is a seasoned professional in customer experience (CX) and data consultancy, currently serving as Head of CX and Data Consultancy at Assist Digital since June 2024, where leadership efforts are directed towards establishing the company in the UK and Middle East markets. Previously, Steffan held the position of Global Head of CX Solutions at Connect, focusing on enhancing CX and employee experience through CCaaS products. With experience encompassing roles such as Director of CX, Transformation & Digital at DisruptCX, and various technical leadership positions at organizations including Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, BP, and Vodafone, Steffan has developed a robust expertise in integrating AI and advanced technologies within contact center frameworks. Steffan’s early career included extensive consultancy roles with Genesys at Shell, Ford Motor Credit, and BT Global Services, supported by a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University of Wolverhampton.
