Mary Dougherty, BSN, RN, CHC has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Mary began their career at the University of Kansas Hospital as a Clinical Nurse I, providing nursing care on a Neurosurgery Step Down Unit. Mary then moved on to the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at KU Hospital, where they worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator, enrolling patients into studies and managing data for clinical research projects.

In 2002, Mary joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Call Center Nurse and later became a Product Complaint Specialist on the Regulatory Team. In these roles, they collaborated with Teva IT Services and other business functions to develop processes and technology solutions related to Adverse Event reporting and Product Quality Complaint reporting.
