Software Solutions Architect at AssistRx

Craig Mackles has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Craig began their career as a Photo Laboratory Technician at Walmart in 2003. From there, they worked as an In-Home IT/Home Theater Technician at Circuit City. In 2007, Craig joined Chevron as an IT Analyst. Craig then transitioned to The Blood Center as a Software Engineer, where they designed and built various .NET applications and established a corporate network and datacenter.

In 2013, Craig joined AdventHealth as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for developing .NET services and native iOS and Android software for patients and employees. Craig also specialized in single sign-on integrations and modernizing legacy HR systems.

Craig joined Quadramed Corporation in 2016 as a Senior Software Engineer before moving to FBC Mortgage, LLC as a Senior Software Engineer the same year. In 2017, they became an IT Solutions Architect at MidAmerica Administrative & Retirement Solutions, designing integrations between Salesforce, Relius, and Alegeus WCA.

In 2017, Craig also joined Universal Orlando Resort as a Lead Software Engineer, overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of .NET services for mobile apps across Universal parks. Craig is currently employed at AssistRx as a Software Solutions Architect, where they design solutions to improve the AssistRx ecosystem and specializes in technical integrations and multi-cloud solutions utilizing Azure and Salesforce.

Craig Mackles received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology Security from Colorado Technical University in 2013. In addition, they obtained the certification of Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I from Salesforce in July 2022.
