James Northcutt

James Northcutt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James currently works at AssistRx as a Manager of Compliance. Before that, they held the role of Supervisor of Learning and Development at the same company. Prior to joining AssistRx, James worked as an Instructional Designer. James also has experience working at Quest Diagnostics as a Provider Training Manager and at Examinetics as a Corporate Training Specialist. James was employed at Alere Inc. as a Clinic Solutions Trainer and at Cerner Corporation as a Clinical Training Facilitator. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher at St Joseph School District and as an Account Manager/Outside Sales at Castle Rock Remodeling. James began their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

James Northcutt attended Northwest Missouri State University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. In 2019, they attended The University of Kansas for a year and studied Professional Leadership.
