Jazmyn Baker's work experience includes roles at various companies. From 2022 to present, they worked as an IT Portfolio Analyst at AssistRx. Prior to that, they were a Project Delivery Leader and Project Manager at Grinnell Mutual from 2016 to 2022. In these roles, they led and directed multiple projects, acted as a key point of contact for stakeholders, and ensured projects were delivered according to expectations. From 2013 to 2016, Jazmyn worked at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, initially as an Application Technical Analyst, then as an Associate Resource & Capacity Planner, and finally as a Resource and Capacity Planning Intern. Jazmyn identified and managed issues, analyzed application defects, and oversaw resource planning. In 2010, Jazmyn worked at Central College as an Ambassador and Women's Soccer Manager/Equipment Room Worker. Jazmyn also gained internship experience at Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Leiden University - Central College Abroad in 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Child Care Provider at Altoona Kidsworld from 2007 to 2012.

Jazmyn Baker completed their education starting in 2005 at Bondurant-Farrar High School, where they obtained a high school diploma in General Studies in 2009. Jazmyn then attended Grand View University from 2009 to 2010, studying Mathematics. Jazmyn went on to Central College from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in a Study Abroad program in the Netherlands.

In terms of certifications, Jazmyn obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2017, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2017. Jazmyn later obtained the Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner certification from Scrum@Scale in January 2022. Furthermore, Jazmyn acquired the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) certifications from the Scrum Alliance in July 2022.
