Roxanne H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Roxanne started their career in 2015 at General Dynamics Information Technology, where they held various customer service positions, including Tier II Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Representative. Roxanne also served as an Internal Support Group member and a Written Correspondence Associate Specialist during their time at the company.

In 2019, Roxanne joined Southcentral Foundation as both a Benefits Enrollment Specialist and an Administrative Support Assistant. Roxanne then moved on to Farmers Insurance in 2020, where they worked as a Service Advocate II.

Following their role at Farmers Insurance, Roxanne worked at JCW from 2021 to 2022. Roxanne then joined GEICO as a Claims Specialist in 2022 before transitioning to Caliber Financial Services as an Account Specialist in early 2023.

Most recently, in 2021, they enrolled at Baker University, where they are currently working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Leadership.
