Bahadır Turan

Bahadır Turan is a seasoned IT specialist with extensive experience in telecommunication and infrastructure systems. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at AssisTT since May 2020, responsibilities include ensuring efficient and sustainable operation of outbound dialer systems, developing new technologies, and overseeing the Dialer Management Team's training and development. Prior to this role, Bahadır worked at Hayat Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. as a Specialist, focusing on the management and support of Genesys Pureconnect CIC systems, VoIP interconnections, and TCP/IP challenges. Previous positions at AssisTT included roles in operational support and infrastructure development, as well as freelance consultancy in IT, providing support and solutions in various domains. Bahadır holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Uludag University, complemented by education at Marmara University and Bahçelievler Erkan AVCI Technical High School.
