Metin Moral

Metin Moral is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Since December 2020, Metin has been working at AssisTT, focusing on HR recruitment and the digitalization of processes, while managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Previous roles include HR Talent Recruitment Expert at Turkcell, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for digital services and preparing hiring reports, and HR Resourcing Account Executive at Vodafone Turkey, overseeing IT and technology hiring needs. Metin's earlier experience includes roles at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. and Profera Danışmanlık, managing recruitment processes and conducting mass recruitment. Metin holds a degree from Marmara University and completed secondary education at Ordu Fen Lisesi.
