Lothar Schwemm

Lothar Schwemm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at NETU WEST since March 2021, Lothar also owns and manages CAFRAJU GmbH, founded in May 2018, which invests in and advises companies. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at ASSMANN GROUP from October 2021 to March 2023, CEO of Connect44 GmbH from December 2020 to September 2021, and CEO at KEYMILE from October 2017 to May 2020. Lothar has also held significant leadership positions at DASAN Zhone Solutions, FRIWO AG, and Nokia Siemens Networks, where responsibilities spanned product management, sales, technology solutions, and board governance. Early in the career, Lothar served in electrical engineering roles at Springorum Haustechnik GmbH and AEG AG.
