Charles Riska

Charles Riska has a diverse work experience in various senior leadership roles. Charles started their career in 2001 as an Insurance Broker - Managing Partner at CNR Insurance Brokerage Services, Inc. In 2008, they joined ONEprop, Inc. as the Director of Property Management and later became the COO. In 2016, they became the Vice President, Operations at NRT Property Management LLC dba Property Frameworks, a leading property management company. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Rental and Maintenance Operations at Associa since 2018.

Charles Riska attended Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Strategy, Negotiations, Leadership, and Economics. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Texas from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a focus on Economics and French.
